Stephanie Underwood

Stephanie joined CPD as marketing coordinator in 2020 and is based out of the Atlanta office. She works closely with brokers and co-brokers on new and existing listings while helping to maintain the internal property database. She is also responsible for creating marketing materials for various properties.

Stephanie previously worked for Topgolf, a global sports entertainment company, where she held many positions throughout her tenure. Most recently, she served as marketing coordinator, managing the marketing team in the company’s Midtown Atlanta venue and generating visits for new and repeat guests. Stephanie was also responsible for upholding the brand standards within her venue, educating guests and associates regarding upcoming promotions, and serving as the liaison between guests and the venue for Leagues and Kid’s Academies.

Education

Stephanie graduated Cum Laude from Augusta State University with a Bachelor of Arts in both Communication and Foreign Language. She was a member of the National Communication Association’s official honor society Lambda Pi Eta.
