Reid Burt

Reid Burt, who joined CPD in 2018 as an associate in our Tampa, FL office, works closely with local and national clients on their specific real estate needs. He previously worked for Warren Averett, a regional accounting and business advisory firm, performing financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for various companies in the Tampa Bay area.  Reid’s strong financial background enables him to offer our real estate clients another level of knowledge and expertise.

Education
Reid holds his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Memberships and Associations
He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
