Jeff Bardin, based in CPD’s Tampa, Florida office, leads the company’s Industrial and Flex Properties division. He focuses on selling, buying, developing and repositioning land, industrial and flex properties in order to attain the highest value or yield.
Prior to joining CPD, Jeff worked at Industrial Services Group where he managed the marketing and leasing effort for a 31-building portfolio comprising over 2 million square feet. He also concentrated on owner and large space tenant representation, and helped in the development of various build-to-suit and industrial properties.
A licensed real estate broker in Florida, Jeff has worked on special projects for CLW Inc. and DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley, which has since merged with Cushman and Wakefield). In addition, he has served as a leasing and development manager for a major developer in Tampa and the vice president of industrial properties for a leading commercial real estate company.
During his career, Jeff has completed numerous lease and sales transactions valued at over $250 million. In the past 15 years alone, the transactions he has overseen have totaled seven million square feet. Jeff’s esteemed list of clients have included Prudential Insurance, UBS Realty Advisors, Cobalt Industrial REIT I & II, Interchange Partners LLC, LKQ Inc., Alex Brown Dietzgen Corporation, and LKQ Corporation (Keystone Auto Parts), just to name a few.
Jeff, a long-time resident of Tampa, FL, graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in business.
