Duke Sullivan has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, working both sides of the table as a retailer and developer/owner, and has been involved in the development, brokerage and ownership of retail real estate. During his 14-year tenure at The Home Depot, he developed new stores in the Southeast, New York, Baltimore/Washington and Puerto Rico. Subsequently, Duke served as a senior vice president of retail development at Colonial Properties Trust before eventually teaming up with some of his former Home Depot colleagues to develop properties and provide brokerage, development and retail services to owners and retailers.

At Corporate Property Dispositions, Duke brokers acquisitions and dispositions of retail properties, negotiates and restructures major tenant leases, and provides other real estate and development services.

He has developed shopping centers and brokered transactions with Wal-Mart, Publix, PetSmart, Kohl’s, The Home Depot, Office Depot and other national retailers. He is the master broker for the PGA TOUR Superstore and has represented 2nd & Charles, a Books-A-Million company, in Georgia. Duke also develops new shopping centers with Salomon Real Estate Group, LLC, an Atlanta development firm.

Education

Duke received his Juris Doctorate from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
