Ken Stephens of Corporate Property Dispositions, Tampa, FL and Mike Stevens of Steveco Commercial Real Estate Group represented the Seller, Home Depot U.S.A, Inc. in the recent sale of the 2,950 SF former Wendy’s on .764 acres in North Richland Hills, TX.  The Buyer, Dr. Balu Chandra was represented by Debra Perryman of Silver Oak Commercial Realty.  Dr.  Chandra will be renovating the space to accommodate his medical office.
