Position Title: Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Assistant

Hours: Part-Time for 25 hours a week

Term: This is a permanent position

Description:  This position will be supporting the Marketing and Client Relations Manager on the needs of the office and its real estate professionals.  The tasks will vary from general office needs to marketing support including, but not limited to, maintaining property information across industry platforms and website, mapping, general administrative duties, maintaining company records on properties, social media and website maintenance, along with other general office tasks. Our ideal candidate would have an interest in commercial real estate and a desire to learn more in an office environment.  We want a team player who is more than willing to pitch in where needed and ask questions to ensure they are moving in the right direction.  This is a new permanent position for our office and we are excited to bring the right candidate on board.
